Vzbv welcomes the initiative of the Commission to include bus and coach passengers into its policy of passenger rights legislation.
Bus and coach passenger rights are an important tool for ensuring the quality of bus and coach services, and thus for making bus and coach journeys attractive to passengers. At the same time passengers have an interest in affordable bus and coach journeys.
